There is slight dirt on the bottom of the dress. I took it to a cleaners and paid a 0.00 to clean it thoroughly and that was the best that they could do. HOWEVER, I am 6 feet tall so the dress was ordered with a lot of extra fabric on the bottom. If you're shorter than 6 feet, you should be able to get to trim the bottom of the dress and get it hemmed. Second, I guess I have bigger thighs so the fabric inside the dress had to be released so I could walk in the dress. It should not be a problem to get the dress altered if you want it tighter around the thighs.
